1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@Enature.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our end.


4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification and will arrange a replacement or refund promptly after validation.

Replacement/exchanged product will be delivered within 3-7 days.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.

If your order has already been dispatched, it can be returned following our return policy.
