1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location and the seller’s warehouse.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days for most locations.

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer for delivery.

You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders above a certain value.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

Charges vary based on weight, delivery location, and seller policy.

4. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from multiple sellers, they may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery
In case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.), our team will keep you informed.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. International Shipping
Currently, Enature delivers products within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@Enature.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
